She needed someone to call and wake her up, so I stepped up to the plate. The first time I called I just heard a beep. Then silence for a while, then I heard a phone hang up. So I called back again. This time it beeped again, but I heard someone answer. At first thinking it was her parents (which she said would probably answer), I said Hello and asked for her. But it was Nari who answered. Wee. Her voice seemed quiet, but that could have to do with the fact that it was 5:30 and that fact we're about 10,000 miles apart.
Didn't talk very long, but it was fun.
Apparently her dad has decided that we're getting married ...
