Work was OK. I got in and saw all the work I had missed the last week.
The West Lab has brand new PCs and flat screen monitors, same with the East Lab. The West Court Lab was unchanged, but the East Court Lab had all the flat screen monitors from the West Lab. I worked in the West Lab the majority of the day, on cable management. Basically taking all the cords from the back, putting zip ties on them so they're not so loose, and hooking up all the computers and making sure they worked.
My fingers hurt like hell aftwards. There's 40 to 45 computers in there, some of them took a lot of untangling and playing with before they would cooperate. Ahh well, it could be worse, I could be at McDonald's shudder
The last hour I helped with various other projects in the other labs, putting in blanks on the open slots, fixing the back of the desks with covers, etc. Not a bad day of work, I'll probably have to do similar to the East Lab tomorrow.

Date: 2003-06-30 10:19 pm (UTC)I think there was a few computers from the upstairs electronics lab as well. Should be plenty to go around :P
Though I hear they've already raided the RAM, Zip Drives, and possible the hard drives.
