Bombed a math test today. I wasn't there for lecture on Friday because of my doctors appointment so I had a hard time grasping the new stuff and memorizing the new formulas. Ahh well, it don't count towards my gpa anyway.
Nothing else too exciting happened at school.
Right now there is a Summer Scholars class going on in the evenings in the lab I work in, so I've been helping the teacher and kids out. The teacher there is HOT. She's not a regular teacher, too bad. She told me that tomorrow she needed something to keep them busy for three hours. Right now they're just doing basic Internet stuff, so I suggested an Internet Scavenger Hunt, where they would have to provide website links with certain information.
After she and her class left, Ron, my programming teacher came in with his Summer Scholars class.
It was a bit disheartening to learn that after 14 weeks in his class, sitting in the front row in lab and class (yeah, I'm a suck up, bite me :p) that he still didn't know my first name. Ahh well, I totally suck with names and he has a helluva lot more people he talks with than me.
He's teaching them .NET. I'm not very familiar with it, just a little of the Visual Basic part of it which he was teaching, but I was able to help quite a few people out.
Have an appointment with the Dean tomorrow at 10AM to finalize my schedule, Class from 11 to 1, then I'm done for the weekend.
munk says hi. He's too lazy to update. I will probably go with him this weekend to his family gather thing at some hotel.
