I skipped Business class on Monday (watches lotje pass out) and the Prof handed back our business plans. Our group got a 185/200. w00t! I've got an 89% in the class, which means I can still end up with an "A" (90% and up for those non-Americans :p) if I can get a good grade on the Final exam. I have Business in about an hour, which is why I had to get up at 6AM. Blech.
Work was boring last night, but I avoided a chewing out by my boss Mark.
He came into the lab at about 5:50. It's a good thing I didn't bring The Cheat with me, because I would probably have had it hooked up to the Internet, and I'm sure Mark would have gotton pissed about that. Anyway, he came in, grabbed a chair, and sat down on the other side of my desk, and he did not look like a happy camper. I'm thinking "Uh-oh." He asked me how work went last night. I told him that I hadn't worked last night, Jordan did. I saw him relax a bit.
There's a program called Summer Scholars at DeVry, where high school students are allowed to take free classes here. The Dean's like it because it helps attract students to the school. Apparently, a class of Summer Scholars came in, and Jordan gave them and the teacher a hard time because he didn't know they were coming in.
This was a pretty big no-no in Mark's eyes. He will probably get in a bit of trouble, though I doubt it matters much, since he is graduating on Friday.
I just woke up and am tired. Leaving for school soon. Too early.
