Back home in Washington, there's a restraunt called Billy's.

It's named after a man called Billy Gohl, who in the early 1900's, killed around 52 sailors who would come into the port. This was back in the days when Grays Harbor was a sailors port, so think of lots of prostitutes. Billy was the head of the Sailors Union, so people would come there, check in their stuff, then go looking for some women. He'd kill them before they got the chance and kept their money.

Really interesting about some of the stuff he did. He was eventually caught and died in prison. Anyway, he has a restraunt, pretty good food, a tad expensive, but not too bad. But they have something there that I've always wanted to get, but never really had the courage to order.

A yak burger.

That's right, a burger made from a yak. They say it's really good, but I've just never ordered one before. When I go back to Washington, I'm going to make sure I order it! I will eat a yak burger!

Here's the only problem. I'm not sure if it's a gag. Because, at Billy's, they also sell rattlenake eggs. When you order them, they bring a small envelope that says "Caution: Rattlesnake Eggs." When you open the envelope, there's something that looks like a paper clip with a rubber band around it. As you open it, the rubber band comes loose, the paper clip spins around and hits the sides of the envelope, making a rattlesnake type noise, and producing hilarous results on the face of those who open it.

I'm hoping it's not a gag, cause right now, I think a yak burger sounds really good :-p Guess I'll have to wait and see.
