I just got done watching the movie "Dead Alive." This was one of Peter Jackson's earlier movies.

I'm just wondering. Who saw that movie and said "Hey! He'd be a great directed for Lord of the Rings!"

It was, by far, the bloodiest and goriest movie I have ever seen. I just looked up a fact that it had recieved the award for most blood and guts used in a movie. If you don't like horror, blood, and guts, I strongly suggest you don't watch it. However, since I do occassionally like horror movies, this one was pretty cool!

There's places where it gets so violent, you just have to laugh.

If you're a fan of horror, this has everything you could possibly want. Cranium explosions, lawn gnome used in replacement of a decapitated head and I think there's a plot in there somewhere ...

...

I used to watch something on TV called "Mostervision" on TNT. Every week they would show horror movies, and talk about them during the break. They'd give the movie counts (28 dead bodies, 7 impalings, gratuatous spray paint king fu, etc) and other info about the movie. Used to watch it every week.

I still think Creepshow is my favorite horror movie.
