Brother

My older brother Jason wants to move down to Phoenix.

He wants to crash at my place for a bit untill he finds a job and roommate.

I told him it was OK but I'm worried ...

He has no money. He is going to pawn his camera for a bus ticket. I know how difficult it can be to find a job, hell, I had to work on Mcdonald's for 8 months. I think before he comes down I need to talk with the roommate and give him some strict rules, i.e. he can only be here for 1 week ... I just don't want my roommates getting mad at me because he won't do anything and I also don't want to have to kick my brother out of my apartment.

Must talk with other roommates and see what they have to say ...

No, this one is probably the only one I would trust to move down here. He went into the Job Corp and finished that, went back to my hometown, met a girl, got engaged and has worked at a lumber yard yet since last November. Then he got fired from there. And his fiancee's mom stopped paying her money so they couldn't afford their apartment and he had to move in with my dad. Now his fiancee broke up with him and my dad is kicking him out.

It really sucks for him. I know he has done pot in the past, dunno if he's done it recently or not, but at least he's not as bad as my oldest brother who has done pretty much every drug there is.

Roommates just came back and said it was OK with them. I really hope he finds something down here ... like I did.
