A Tale of Two Computers

Well, I have a computer once again. I've been using TheCheat, my laptop, for a while. But's it's a really old computer with very little hard drive space, so it'll only do very basic stuff.

The motherboard on Elessar is dead. I need to send it in and either have them replace it or give me my money back, I haven't decided which yet. So, in the mean time, I took some of the vital components out of Elessar, and put them into my old computer, Sharkey's-end. What we have here is a freak, a mutation, a computer I am so ashamed of I won't even bother with pics :p

I'm sure the use of duct tape as a component to hold the hard drives into place will definately be frowned upon ...

It's more usable than my laptop, and it'll do for now.

Might go see Dawn of the Dead tonight with Josh. And I have a hot date with legolasbow tomorrow to go see Hidalgo ;-) Should be a fun weekend :)

In other news, yes, I totally and completely suck at driving. Helpful suggestions on how to improve are most welcome, but being called "slow as Moses" and "fucking retard" doesn't really help much ...

ok, i cant recall calling you a fucking retard about your lack of driving skills but dood i call you Moses with love. he was a very important person in the Bible too, just you remember that and that he did great things.

i know you are new at driving but when you drive on the sidewalk and cut poeple off at turn signals and we almost get in car accidents... im sure im not the only one that would react the way i did. all these poeple that have posted surely would of been a little freaked out REGAURDLESS the fact you just learned to drive.

DOn't you let Munkiyboy pressure you into becoming a psycho speeder. Not everyone can miraculously escape speeding tickets and speeding = death.

However, you should probably heed his advice about driving on the footpath and cutting people off ;)

You don't have to speed like mad to blend in. But 5 over is the accepted minimum. And I swear you won't get pulled over for it. No one ever does. The photo radars aren't even calibrated to pick up on less than 7 at least. Don't sweat it, man. As long as you're following the flow of traffic, you're cool.
