I'm absolutely horrible with preheating the oven for food and then forgetting about it. It'll be sitting there for hours preheated before I remember to put the food in :p However, with the new oven, it beeps a few times to tell me that it's preheated :D So convenient.

Will be picking up my mom later today from the airport. She'll be staying here until Sunday. Graduation is Friday at 2, I think I need to be there by 1 to get ready, so we should probably be leaving here about noon. Hopefully my dad can be here in time, he's not exactly the most timely guy in the world, and has to manage the feat of getting 4 women prepared to go and there on time. I expect him here around 5-ish then :-p

So I called a driving school to find out what it would take to get my license. They said that most likely they would take me out driving twice for three hour periods, and as long as they felt I was good enough to get my license, they would give me a certificate to give to the MVD (DMV for the rest of the US :p) and I would get my license. It's really cool, cause they come here and pick me up and take me driving, so I don't have to worry about bussing over to their place, or bugging Josh to take me. I need to get my permit first, but that should be simple enough.

Next on the list, a car :p I still have no idea what I really want, people always tell me different things and it confuses me. Some people suggest just getting a used car from someone selling it, it's cheaper and it's pretty likely I won't have it very long before I get a car I actually want. On the other hand, I really have no idea what's happened with the car, and it could be a total piece of shit and I wouldn't even realize it. There's going to a dealership and getting a car from there, either new or used, and I'd just make payments. Good thing about that is that the cars are usually in pretty good condition and I can make payments. But if I decide I don't like the car after a while, I'm kinda stuck with it. Decisions decisions. And no, I'm not getting a moped.

Most of my computer parts are being shipped right now. Wheeee. I think the video card might be here some time today, the rest of the stuff I'm sure will be here within a week or so. It'll be nice to build a computer again, it's been so long since I've done that. I am totally not up with computer technology :p Last I heard a P4 2.8GHz was about top of the line (not including things like Xeons and dual processor: p), but I guess they're up to 3.4 or 3.6 now, which is really cool. The CPU I got was a 3.0.

Oh, and I am eating chicken nuggets :-D

Why's your yahoo status still 'I be learning' sometimes? :\ Or maybe 'learning's a general term...

My last final exam was last night, I forgot to change it after I got home. I will be learning no more, unless I go to driving school :-p

Arizona is such a contrary state :-p No daylight savings, no DMV.

I dunno about cars so I won't advise you on that :-p

Oh, I've never had anything remotely resembling good luck. I'd be terrified getting anything without a warranty. Most people will tell you a warranty is a waste of money. All I know is that I've saved myself thousands because I get cars with warranties and, surprisingly, have weird things happen.

YOU have weird things happen? No, I'm sorry, I just can't accept that. Your life seems too normal.
