I won, I won, I won!

The Career Services at my school had a raffle yesterday. I had to go in, fill out a form and such and got entered to win "cool prizes." So today when I logged onto the computer, I got an announcement that I had won something and to come pick up my prize.

So I go there, ask what I win. The guy goes in the back to get what I won.

First off, as a TA at the school, I have a special badge I wear, identifying me as an FA. It hangs around my neck, and holds onto my keys and such.

Anyway, the guy comes back, carrying the exact same thing I'm wearing around my neck. I look at him and say, "You've got to be joking." There were other prizes, movie tickets, t-shirts and such, but this was my prize. No exchanges.

Ahh well, I guess if this one breaks I can use the other one :p Or maybe I'll sell it on ebay ;-)

Work starts in 20 minutes. I'm really far behind on the Married Life, so I went and copied all the stuff I missed into Word and started printing it out.

heri and wackyfeline, if you're interested, the thread, if shown on one page, prints out to 377 pages. That's with signatures turned off (though other people's posts are in there).

And we so rock at this. Yes we do. Of course, having other people's posts is a little cheating, but hey. :D
