yaksha42I got got my math test from last Thursday back. Got a 60 out of 60. w00t! I think the Prof was a little overly kind though.
On one problem, for finding the mean, I did all the math and wrote down the final answer, 9.7. Then, I wrote down "Mean = 9.2". He circled the 9.7 but still gave me credit.
The next problem used the the above meantioned mean. I used 9.2, instead of the correct 9.7. He still gave me credit for the whole problem (which involved a lot of work), because I did it correctly assuming the mean was 9.2 :p
Also, he appeared to have skipped over the question where I was supposed to write what the standard deviation meant, since it was blank.
Other than that, everything was okiedokey. We got out of class early, so now I'm waiting for Economics to start.
Had a very nice, as usual, conversation with Nilo last night :) **hugs**
