For the domain, I would suggest GoDaddy. Very cheap to get a domain there, and they offer "private domain registration" Basically, when you register a domain, people can find out all the info you submitted for it, phone number, address, etc. This makes it so people can't see who it was that registered it.
For the webspace, I would suggest Dr2.Net. Omi, lotje, LB, and me all have our sites here. Cheap, good service, and very helpful if you have problems/questions.
