So I broke a wafer today.
And not just any wafer, this was from a "hot lot." Customers have to pay $6000+ to make their wafer lots a hot lot, this moves them to the front of the queue so they get done faster. I was holding the wafer with a vacuum wand. I have to do this to inspect the wafers for any defects. On the wand is a small button, this releases the air pressure and detaches the wand and wafer. As I was holding up the wafer looking at it, my thumb jerked and pushed the button on the wand, causing it to crash to the table and shatter.
Why am I such a fuck up? Why do I always screw up things that are important to me ...
Happy December 13th everyone ...
