So after my Management class ended at 3, I had 2 hours to kill until work started. I found munk, and he had a class from 3 - 4. History. So I decided to sit in, having nothing else to do.

Prof. Sherwood was talking about the beginnings of World War I. I've had her as a teacher before. She's very old and very senile. A lot of times, if she asks you a question and you respond, you don't know if you got it right or if she's having a heart attack. So anyway, about half way through the lecture, she stops and hands out note cards for a quiz. She really had no idea I was there. Just another student. So I got a note card to put my quiz answer on.

She asked us to write about one of the countries involved in World War I. As much info as we knew. So I decided to write about France. My answer went something like this: France's strategy in World War I was to hurl delicious pastries into the German trenches, allowing them to grow fat and lazy and a rather fast speed. That, coupled with horrible restaurant service, and causing confusion among the Germans by using the word "chips" instead of "french fries", led to a systematic demobilization of the German army.

I wonder what kind of grade I got :D I also put my name as "Yaksha Kubera."

I saw this with munk. Was pretty fun :D I've always liked horror movies. I used to watch Monstervision every Saturday night on TNT :p

I liked the movie. It was better than I thought it was going to be. We got to the theatre around 9, and found out the 10 o clock showing was already sold out. So we went to another theatre a few miles up the street and got tickets there for the 10:30 show. The place was packed. It was a pretty lively crowd, quite a bit of laughing and applauding at parts. There were some guys sitting right behind munk and I that kept talking. It was usually during the quiet parts of the movie, but was still rather annoying.

I have class tomorrow from 10 to noon, then work from noon to 6. Fun fun. Am heading to bed shortly.

1 ... 2 ... Freddy's coming for you
3 ... 4 ... better lock the door
5 ... 6 ... grab your cruifix
7 ... 8 ... better stay up late
9 ... 10 .. never sleep again

When I got home from work today, the Internet had gone down. Our ISP was facing a new wave of the worm and were attempting to filter it out. It came back on at about 9:30.

School and work was the usual. I finished Children of the Mind. I think it was probably my least favorite of the Ender's Series (though I haven't read Ender's Shadow). It was a bit too predictable and rather boring at parts.

I started reading Bored of the Rings. Sounds like it will be pretty funny. No plans for tomorrow. Will most likely just sit on my ass the whole time doing nothing. I'll need to update the Caption Game at some point, but other than that, I think I'm good :p
