LAN Party

I'm going to a LAN party this Saturday with the new roommate.

They're going to be playing Counter Strike, which I know works on this computer. Let's hope the other games work on here as well, it's not exactly a high end computer.

Should be fun, never been to a LAN party before.

It's gonna be a loooong day

It's Thursday. My busiest day of the week.

I have classes from 11AM to 6PM. No breaks in between except for the 10 minute ones between classes. I have homework due in math and business and a quiz in sociology. Programming should be fine, I think we have to do a fairly simple lab.

I then work from 6 to 10. So I'll be at DeVry for 11 hours.

Jeff and Evan move out today. When I get home after work, I'll have to move all my stuff either into the kitchen or bathroom to make way for the carpet cleaner tomorrow.

Movies

I was in my Yahoo mail when I saw the little poster for the movie Core. I have seen a preview on it and it looks interesting, it opens tomorrow. I started thinking about a few other movies I'd be wanting to see in the next few months, and I went over to Upcoming Movies to see what all was opening. I was pretty amazed at all the movies that I would want to see in the next few months. I got bored at work so I made a list :p

August 15 - Freddy VS Jason


Probably won't get around to seeing all of them, but it would be fun to go and see a few ... and maybe just download the rest :p

Well Shit

The roommates didn't move out today. Their apartment (It's two doors down) wasn't ready.

This throws a lot of stuff out of whack. I don't know if they can do the carpet cleaning tomorrow or not. Jeff said the managers said they should be able to move on Friday or Saturday.

We have four people's worth of stuff here right now ... there's no way we can fit it all in the kitchen. Plus, we don't even know for sure if the carpet cleaning will be tomorrow or not. If it's moved, I don't know what to do about Josh. Hopefully it can be cleaned before he moves his stuff in. Otherwise we may have to move all of his stuff into my room, then into the kitchen for the cleaning, then back into my room.

I'm going to wake up early and talk with the managers about the carpet cleaning, will make further plans from there.
